Library Tutor

What is Library Tutor?
Library Tutor is a service offered by the University Libraries Instruction Program that provides individualized assistance for your research and library use needs. These optional workshops will give you an opportunity to learn more about the University Libraries, advanced search techniques, and the best resources for your research projects.

Who Should Use Library Tutor?
Library Tutor is recommended for anyone who would like individualized help with a research project, students struggling to find sources for their papers, and transfer students who are unfamiliar with the Libraries. Students working on major papers and theses may also find that Library Tutor is an excellent way to make sure that they have done a comprehensive literature search.

Instructors are encouraged to refer students to Library Tutor. If an instructor would like to know that a student did attend a Library Tutor clinic, librarians will mail attendance confirmation upon student request.

Do I Have To Register for Library Tutor?
Please contact Stephanie Cage at 901-678-8215 to set an appointment.
