Silent Auction Registration Form
Well, it's one for the money, and two for the silent auction!
The MLA Silent Auction will be better than ever in Memphis. Bidding will begin at $10 for most items, and stay tuned for some extra special items...that's all we can say for now… Donate the blue suede shoes from your personal collection, make something just for the auction, or bring a special music-related item from your home or office. Bring books, scores, recordings, videos, posters, or other items, along with a donation form for each item or lot of items. Drop those items off at the Silent Auction table in the exhibits area. No items will be accepted after Thursday noon.
Regular bidding will be open during exhibit hours on Wednesday evening, Thursday, and until noon on Friday. Just write your bid for an item in the bid notebook, and then keep a close eye on the place to see how you fare. Final results of the bidding will be posted within a few hours of closing on Friday, and you can pay for your items then (by cash, check, MC, or Visa).
The Silent Auction relies on the generous vendors and individual folks who take part in this annual potpourri of musical gems gleaned from places near and far especially for you. We hope that you will choose to take part as a donor, a bidder, or as a shop person. Thank you kindly for your generosity!
