The Instruction Center is located in rooms 225 and 226 on the second floor of Ned R. McWherter Library. The purpose of the Instruction Center is to provide the optimal teaching and learning environment in support of The University Libraries' mission statement.
Room 225
- has 35 student workstations with recessed computers and an instructor's workstation
- is networked with COMWEB, an interactive instruction delivery system, including a video player.
- has a motorized projection screen and a ceiling-mounted projector

- can seat up to 40 students for lectures, discussions and presentations
- is equipped with a ceiling-mounted projection system
- television access for teleconferencing and a VCR for video presentations
- a chalkboard, and an overhead projector
